Hubby is getting worried that our condo hasn’t been rented after our first tenant moved out last month. We wished they stayed longer, but they only decided to have a year’s rental and moved to a new home they bought. They are an older couple and are ideal for that place, but I guess good things has come to an end.

Now we are looking forward to finding the perfect tenant. As most people who know the essentials in hiring an agent when it comes to apartments for rent, we too have our own ideals. Anyway, I just hope and pray it will get rented soon. It’s a good additional source of income or else we will be losing money for the maintenance dues every month. That’s not very nice at all.
