We are going to NY again tomorrow for some important matters. We have to check the condo that hubby inherited from his great aunt who just passed away very recently. We are looking to have it fixed when things get settled particularly with concerns on the paperwork. It was very kind of her (hubby’s aunt) to give it to him. It will definitely be of great help for us since it’s going to be a great source of steady income when we get the chance to have it rented with the hopes that it will appreciate in value in the years to come. We are just going to check tomorrow whether we will find important things that are worth the keep in the memory of a great aunt.
