I was thinking about my fiancee yesterday…missing him because we are apart at the moment. Then I remembered how close I came to losing him last year. His car was hit by a truck on the highway. We were lucky; his injuries were minor. The car was totaled though. It sure was lucky he had good insurance. He told me that the insurance company was just great and paid his claim quickly and fairly. You never know when you are going to need good insurance. I have decided that I am going to look over  insurance quotes . That way I can find who offers the best coverage and the best service at the best price!

Today, I am left home alone since my parents and my brothers are in the farm. Yey, it’s harvest time once again. I would have loved if i could go with them but no bigger vehicle to carry us all at the same time so I am just left crying. LOL. Nah, instead of feeling bored i will find a good thing to do for the day. Though am not sure what it’s going to be yet! Now, here’s a nice quote about home i’d like to share to you. Enjoy your day!

Don’t we just hate it when we fall in line in a grocery store and it’s just too slow our time is wasted? Well, that’s because they are not using a faster way to calculate the grocers yet. Good thing barcode scanners were invented and makes it faster to pay in the supermarkets. There has been lots of time in the grocery store that the customers were already whining because the cashier was too slow and they have other things to do like cooking what they just bought, or have other important matters rather than waiting in line for hours. With just a swipe under the new decoder machine, it sure saves time and energy to both cashiers and customers!

I must confess in all months of the year, February is my favorite. Aside from 14th day as love month, I love the last date also. Yes! Birthday’s coming up. And I love celebrating my birthday with my family and loved ones. But before that, I am going to celebrate Valentines Day with family and friends since my fiancé is miles away. Huhuhuh! Anyways, I am planning to send him a V-Day present or a card at least, so I am checking on Best Buy so I can have good ideas on what to have him and maybe myself too! Happy love month everyone!

Every time I go home from somewhere, little brother is always there to wait for me at the doorsteps. He gets some goodies when I’ve been to grocery or even when I was a student who goes home every weekend. And I think I’ve already made that an SOP ever since. I would feel guilty if I see his face sad because I forgot to buy him something. Maybe by looking up at child franchise, I will find interesting stuff for little brother not only for a short time but for his future of course. I will check and find something that might be helpful not only to little brother but to parents as well.

My little guy is fond of noodles and pastas. He can never refuse a meal of just plain pasta though — no sauce of any kind. Well, melted butter will do or he will shun the plate of food whenever he sees red sauce in it. It’s proven and tested for months now. I hope he gets over that picky attitude as he gets older and will try to eat grown up food. I hate to say it, but he is not into veggies at this time. He did have a short liking of carrots and sugar snap peas but that was it.

He was only a baby then and was exploring. Meats are not on his menu either because he dislikes it although, he eats chicken nuggets and well, roasted chicken — just a little. At least he is not the kind of child that you would have to introduce a new diet pill because of obesity. I hope when he gets older though, he would like to try the stuff he is missing out on. In fairness, he loves fruits. An apple a day!

I’m so glad I finished a great deal of work today.  A few more on the line and I will finally get things done. It may take another take tomorrow to have everything put behind me and then read my books before the classes start. I hope I will have the energy to put into the rest of the assignments so that I can really achieve my goal this week. I may not be able to take a break, but that will take away most of the heavy load I have to do before I can actually concentrate on the preparation for school which is only less than a week from now. Anyway, gotta run!

Out little guy has his favorite TV shows now. Actually, he really likes Thomas & Friends, but he also gets entertained by several programs that are interactive. He learns a lot from them since they are mostly educational. Some teach counting, ABC’s, and singing and dancing. It’s really fun when we see him enjoy his shows and say some new words. He surprises us a great deal because he can say the funniest things. Anyway, I better get going and do some work. I have to search for super pump 250 online that we could use for our business site this year. Ciao for now!
